Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the j3j3 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and j3j3.

2.2 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Accept," depositing funds, or placing any wager on the j3j3 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.3 j3j3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by in-platform notification, email, or SMS prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you are accessing j3j3 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of j3j3 is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. j3j3 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

3.2 Geographic Restriction. j3j3 is intended for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players must not access or use j3j3 from any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence and at their physical location at the time of play.

3.3 Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been placed under legal guardianship, declared legally incapacitated, or otherwise lack contractual capacity are not eligible to register.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with j3j3 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator are not eligible to hold an active j3j3 account during the self-exclusion period.

3.5 j3j3 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active j3j3 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during the registration process and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful, accurate, and current. Players must promptly update their account information upon any change. j3j3 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.3 Verification. j3j3 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to provide supporting documentation to verify their identity, age, address, or payment method. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing current address (dated within 3 months)
• Screenshot or other evidence of the payment method used for deposit

4.4 Account Security. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. j3j3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of a Player's account where the Player has failed to adequately safeguard their credentials. Players must notify j3j3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. A Player may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of their j3j3 account or any account balance to another person.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the j3j3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). j3j3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the Player's sole responsibility and expense.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. j3j3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major debit/credit cards. j3j3 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) per transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. j3j3 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the Player's verification status. j3j3 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, j3j3 may require withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. j3j3 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero. j3j3 will notify the Player before any dormancy fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 j3j3 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. j3j3 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has exploited or attempted to exploit any promotion through irregular gameplay, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to time limits. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.

6.5 j3j3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account in good faith.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games on the j3j3 Platform are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

7.2 Game Results. The outcome of all j3j3 games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are final. j3j3 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or features.

7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error affecting a game or transaction, j3j3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum wager amounts are set individually per game and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.

7.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing wagers. j3j3 is not responsible for any loss of wagers or game progress due to the Player's connection failure.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j3j3 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during the account lifecycle
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with j3j3 games or the Platform
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of fraud or cheating
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain; Players who discover bugs must report them to j3j3 support promptly
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or other criminal purpose
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geographic restriction, or account verification requirement
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j3j3 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Creating or operating more than one j3j3 account
• Registering an account while under an active self-exclusion

8.2 j3j3 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the j3j3 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, sounds, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of j3j3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j3j3 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of j3j3 content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 j3j3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Company provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from j3j3 may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the Player's account will be closed.
• Reality Checks: In-session notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net gaming activity.

10.2 j3j3 reminds all Players that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a means of income generation or a solution to financial difficulty. If you feel that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please seek assistance immediately.

10.3 j3j3 is subject to PAGCOR's responsible gaming regulatory requirements and cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 j3j3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity
• A regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure or restriction
• Death of the account holder, subject to applicable estate claims procedures
• Circumstances where continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to j3j3

11.2 Closure by Player. Players may close their j3j3 account at any time by submitting a written request to customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure, less any amounts subject to verification holds, will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

11.3 Upon account closure by either party, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited unless the specific bonus terms provide otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j3j3 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, opportunity, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to access the Platform
• Any technical failure, system outage, or network disruption outside j3j3's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate or outdated information on the Platform

12.2 j3j3's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount held in that Player's account balance at the time the cause of action arose.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 j3j3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and j3j3's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 By registering an account and using the j3j3 Platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

14.1 j3j3 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect a Player's rights or obligations — j3j3 will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform, by registered email, or by SMS to the mobile number on the Player's account.

14.2 Minor revisions, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without prior notice.

14.3 The version of the Terms published on the j3j3 website at any given time is the version that governs the Player's use of the Platform as of that date. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from the Player's use of j3j3 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Regulatory Authority. j3j3 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Regulatory disputes or complaints relating to the licensing of j3j3 may be directed to PAGCOR in accordance with its published regulatory procedures.

15.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute arising between a Player and j3j3 should be submitted to j3j3 customer support in writing. j3j3 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within three (3) business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.

15.4 Jurisdiction. If a dispute is not resolved through internal processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
